The building shown below was previously leased by a long-term tenant as a restaurant, function centre and cafe.<br/>
Council would now like to offer the building for other purposes and welcomes applications from private enterprise, training and education providers, social enterprises, community and recreational groups, recreation and fitness practitioners, restaurateurs, caterers, cafe operators and other interested applicants.<br/>
The building comprises a function room with mezzanine, bar and courtyard, commercial kitchen and a cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. The leasing opportunity is for the building as a whole, one area of the building or two areas of the building (eg, kitchen and cafe, kitchen and function room, cafe and function room).<br/>
Proposals for part of the building should confirm willingness to share the building and common areas with other tenants (eg, toilets, entry and exists) and agree to contribute to building operating expenses (eg, electricity, security costs).

Council is completing the construction of a new Roadhouse/General Store in Jundah. Jundah is situated approximately 215 kilometers South West of Longreach, on the Thomson River. <br/>
A town with a resident population of 90 persons, its numbers swell during the tourist season. <br/>
An exciting opportunity exists to create a business that caters for the travelling tourist trade, and also for the resident population. <br/>

The City of Vincent is calling for EOI from appropriate parties to lease a Portion of 220 Vincent Street, North Perth, Beatty Park Leisure Centre Cafe/Kiosk (approximately 131 sq M) for a term up to but not exceeding 5 years. The aim of this EOI is to prepare a list of appropriate parties who are interested in leasing the Cafe/Kiosk.<br/>
Following this EOI phase the City of Vincent may proceed to negotiate a leasing arrangement from the prequalified shortlist of proposed lessees, as detailed in Part 1; Clause 1.6. This EOI phase does not commit the City of Vincent to proceed to negotiate a leasing arrangement with any of the parties who may submit an EOI in line with this document.<br/>
