Your TenderLink subscription is designed to save you time. One login gives you access to tenders published by TenderLink buyer partners as well as opportunities identified through our market monitoring – without registering separately with each buyer portal.
What the tender reference tells you
When you receive your daily Open Contract Opportunities email, the reference number indicates the source. A reference starting with three or more letters means the tender has been published by one of our buyer partners, and you can access it through your TenderLink dashboard by clicking the link in the email. A reference starting with AU or NZ means we’ve identified the opportunity through our external market monitoring, and you’ll need to follow the link in the email to access the full notice.
What is a procurement portal?
A portal is the website a buyer uses to publish its tenders. TenderLink works with over 600 buyer organisations, each with their own portal. You can view our buyer partners here.
How the centralised login works
Where a tender falls within your subscription plan coverage, you can access tender documents, post questions on the forum and make submissions directly through your TenderLink dashboard. You don’t need to register separately with that buyer’s portal.
If a tender sits outside your plan coverage, speak to your account manager about your options.
Keeping your users up to date
You can add, remove and update users on your account yourself through User Maintenance in the portal. It’s worth reviewing your user list periodically so the right people receive notifications – particularly if your business may be invited to participate in a private tender.
