What is Adcentre?

Adcentre is a tender advertising service that allows organisations to advertise one-off public notices to illion TenderLink’s large supplier audience online. It’s perfect for any organisation wanting to advertise a procurement notice seeking competitive, sealed-bid responses.

How does online tendering work?

Our solution is 100% online. It covers everything from the initial advertising of your opportunity to our large supplier base, through to management of online tender documents, ongoing supplier communication and secure collection and retrieval of online tender responses.

It takes just five minutes to publish your notice and once processed, it’s live in the market. Plus you’ll have complete visibility of everything along the way.

Why use this service?

Adcentre is quicker, cheaper and easier than most print advertising. Unlike print, your notice remains visible to the market right up until closing time and tender information can be updated as you go. Your notice is only shown to suppliers wanting to provide the goods and services you seek and because everything is conducted online, it’s easier for you.

What can you publish?

Although most commonly used for the publishing and management of Public Request for Tenders, our system caters equally well for Requests for Quotes, Proposals, Expressions of Interest and Panel requests. TenderLink is efficient, its support is first-class...

The toolset is simple to learn and even organisations that haven’t been exposed to tendering before didn’t have a great deal of difficulty using the tool. TenderLink is efficient, its support is first-class and the technology really helped us ramp up our operations from the ground up. The evaluation was easily configured so the evaluators could only view the program of work relevant to them and were not able to see pricing, therefore removing the influence of price bias.
