Your single TenderLink login

Understand when to use your User ID and when to use your email address

If you’re a TenderLink subscriber, you may have noticed you use different login details depending on what you’re trying to access.

This can be confusing, especially if you’re registered with multiple TenderLink buyer portals. The good news: your TenderLink subscription gives you a single login for your subscription services, making it easier to access the opportunities included in your plan.

Your User ID and email address serve different purposes

Your user ID

Use your User ID to log in to your TenderLink subscription portal, where you can:

  •  View opportunities included in your subscription
  • Access tender notifications
  • Manage users on your account
  • Update subscription settings
  • Access participating TenderLink buyer portals covered by your subscription

Your User ID may be different from your email address.

Your email address

We use your email address to:

  • Send you tender notifications
  • Register you directly with buyer procurement portals
  • Send tender-related communications
  • Send password reset emails and account updates

Because many subscribers assume their email address is also their USer ID, using the wrong credential is one of the most common reasons for login issues.

When should I use my User ID?

Use your User ID to log in to the TenderLink subscription portal. Not sure what yours is? Select Forgot Password on the login page and we’ll include it in your password reset email.

Why do some tenders take me to a different website?

Not all opportunities are published through TenderLink buyer partner portals. Some are identified through our market monitoring service and may direct you to an external procurement website, where you’ll need to register or log in using your email address rather than your TenderLink User ID.

One login, access to 600+ buyer portals

Your TenderLink subscription is designed to save you time. Rather than creating separate accounts for every participating buyer portal, your subscription gives you centralised access to opportunities covered by your plan – so you can view documents, ask questions and respond to opportunities through a single account, where the buyer portal supports it.

Need help accessing your account?

If you’re having trouble logging in:

  • Check whether you’re using your User ID or email address
  • Make sure your password is correct
  • Select Forgot Password to reset your password and retrieve your User ID
  • Contact our support team if you’re still having trouble

We’re here to help you get back to finding and tracking relevant tender opportunities as quickly as possible.

Why can’t I log in to my account?

Double-check you’re using the correct User ID (or email address) and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot Password — we’ll include your User ID in the reset email too.

What’s the difference between my User ID and my email address?

Many subscribers have both. Your User ID logs you in to your TenderLink subscription portal, where you can view opportunities, manage users and update your settings. Your email address is what we use for tender notifications, password resets and account updates, and it’s what you use to register directly with buyer procurement portals. Because these are often different, using the wrong one is one of the most common causes of login trouble. Not sure of your User ID? Select Forgot Password and we’ll include it in your reset email.

Do I need a separate login for each buyer portal?

No. Your TenderLink subscription gives you one centralised login for every participating buyer portal covered by your plan – no need to juggle multiple accounts and passwords.
