How do I access the supplier report?

Log in to the illion TenderLink supplier e-Notification portal (you must be an active paid subscriber) and click on the ‘Supplier Tender & Download Submission’ report link in the new ‘Reporting’ section on the home page.

What can I do with the supplier report?

You can run a report by a specific date or date range to provide a list of tenders you have responded to and see:

·       Who published the tender

·       The notice type and if it was public or private

·       The tender release date and closed date

·       Who was invited in your organisation

·       Who downloaded the tender documents in your organisation and when

·       Who asked questions in your organisation

·       Who submitted a response and when

What are the benefits of the supplier report?

·       The ability to get a complete picture of your organisation’s tender response activities and see who is doing what

·       Saving time by having easy access to critical information that can assist you with your decision-making

When running the report, what criteria can I use?

You can search for tenders for a specific date or date range by:

·      Notice release date

·      Notice closed date

Or by typing in the following, if it is known:

·      Buyer name

·      Tender ID

Are there any features to view the report once it has been run?

Yes, you can view the report by:

·       Run date and time

·       A report table in the illion TenderLink application itself

·       Filtering by keyword

·       Linking from the tender ID in the table, and Excel to the tender in the application

– An Addendums report showing:

·  Addendum date and time

·  Addendum explanation

·  Addendum document name

 

–  A Suppliers Notified report showing:

·  Addendum date and time

·  Suppliers notified name, address and telephone number

·  A list of users notified, specifying if they downloaded the addendum and when

·       You can run a report on communications (conversations) in the illion TenderLink forum and export this information out of illion Tenderlink

·       You can keep a record of forum conversations outside of the illion TenderLink application, which you can show or share with executives

·       This report can save you time

·       Total forum views by quarter

·       Total suppliers notified by quarter

·       A data table displaying 36 columns of tender-related data

What are the benefits of the Tender Summary report?

·       The ability to extract a record of your tender activities over a given time period without having to individually check each notice or tender

·       The ability to see what the notice was, who published it, and how many responses were received and by who

·       Saving time by having direct access to critical information that can assist you with your decision-making

·       You now don’t need to call your account manager to obtain these reports
